There is nothing quite like the feeling of home. Home is not a place with doors we can lock, it is our most intimate relationship to belonging. Your home is as big as your heart is open for it is through our hearts we truly welcome each other to belong. It is easy on first glance to see locked doors everywhere you go but a heart bold enough to look beyond that knows we all hold a key… But do we reach out and unlock the barriers? Do we dare to love enough to belong wherever we are?
‘Yes' and ‘no', two of the most defining words in our language. One opens our being to a possibility and the other creates boundaries, both are needed but it is easy to become confused when to utilize the power of each.
So often our past experiences create stories that stop us from really being present to what is being offered, and we say 'no' because of fear of being seen in the vulnerability of our authenticity, not feeling enough we feed the lie that we are not worthy of our dreams, our dharma, our truth.
So often we can say ‘yes' because of the fear of disappointing another, loosing approval or acceptance and then end up overwhelmed and diminished from giving energy where there wasn’t energy to give.
Light two candles in your bathroom, one to symbolize everything you would like to release at this time, taking a few centred breathes to embodying the feeling of letting go as you light the first candle.
Then light the second candle to symbolize everything you wish to call into your life, taking a few breathes to bring vitality to the feeling of receiving your intension fully.
Feel free to play some music that inspires you.
Step under your shower and take some deep breaths to acknowledge the purifying powers of the water, giving thanks for the water and the sacred temple of your body. Gently place you hands on your face and take a few breaths to create a beautifully compassion connection between your hands and your face. Take time...
There are a handful of places and people in my life that I feel such a deep love for, it hurts a little to know it. For it is a timeless knowing that brings me to a holt and makes me feel the sacred in my breath. Wise mountains you bring me to the edge of the paradox where the infinite yearning to know love beyond all illusions is for a moment like a gentle fragrance on the air. I am reminded of the many chapters of myself that have stood witness to you, now woven through a story so much bigger than I will ever know. May I return to your glory for many more crisp morning sunrises and deep starry nights.
There are many ways we can loose our power in a world that is hungry for connection and full of dis-ease from our attempts to function in the doctrine of separation.
A lack of reverence for our symbiotic relationship to all life perpetuates destructive behaviour, where our personal power feeds a reality that inhibits our ability to thrive.
When we create safe, nourishing environments the opposite phenomena happens; instead of not feeling enough and constantly drained we can reconnect to the abundant flow of love that is our healthiest and truest state of existence.
For the feminine to flourish it is essential to be in a supportive and nurturing environment. If we observe Nature we are shown the importance of sharing our gifts for...

I received some great questions from the last Cacao ceremony about how to work with Cacao in your everyday life, how to make a Ceremonial Cacao Drink and how Cacao may help deal with toxic people in your life.
Raw Cacao is a powerful antioxidant that increases circulation to the brain. It also contains a plethora of compounds that are responsible for the blissful euphoria most commonly associated with feeling in love. These compounds include anandamide, phenthylamine, seratonin and dopamine. Cacao is also considered the highest whole food source of magnesium, which helps muscles to relax and is often deficient in the western diet. The more respect the Cacao plant is shown throughout it’s life, the more powerful its healing potent...
These ceremonies explore the balance between the Masculine and Feminine forces within, while working with the sensually stimulating and heart opening powers of cacao. Both Ceremonies utilize breath work, tantric meditations, partner 'energy play', soundhealing, massage and free movement to cultivate and dance this sacred union of energies through the body, improving health, vitality, embodied awareness, communitcation, creativity and joy.
The first ceremony, Friday November 11th, is open to men and women to experience tantra in a healthy and respectful community container.
The second ceremony, Saturday December 3rd is just for couples to strengthen their connection through the powerful principles of tantra and the heart openin...
I have been very aware of a deep calling at this time to support the development of sisterhood. As women, when we come together to honour the beautiful and challenging aspects of the feminine we can create a authentic community that nurtures the growth, passion and freedom of expression of each sister. There is something truly magical that is activated when women unify forces!
By working with the sacred plant medicine, Cacao, in a ceremonial space we can drop deeper into our "Heart - Mind - Womb connection” and unite these fundamental aspects of womenhood.
I am offering a 3 part Cacao Ceremony Series for us to more profoundly release trauma around the feminine and for us to cultivate the respect and empowerment needed to alig...
